Murph — the demand engine (spans both sides)
The productized version of the system Stacy built for Alisa and for our own trips: an AI-driven, mostly-autonomous demand engine, built in Claude Code by Robert. It powers our own trips on the Early & Away side and is sold under Marketing Journeys as a service or SaaS to retreat hosts. Robert builds it; Stacy contributes; owned together.
Content-engine reference (Robert, Jul 11): Murph's content arm = an AEO/SEO blog-post flow that hands off to a social agent to promote per platform (IG/FB). Pattern refs: an AirOps "Generate FAQ content for AEO" workflow + the PitchKitchen "June" agent. Build target, in Claude Code.
Food Truck Lineup (FTL) — retired / abandoned.
2 · The Businesses, in Detail
Each profile: what it does · who the customer is · website · status · how it fits. Websites marked confirm need Robert/Stacy to verify the exact domain before Murph relies on it.
Under Early & Away Travel LLC — the travel side
Early & AwayE&A Travel LLC · the core practice Live
A boutique travel advisory specializing in small-group and retreat travel.
What it does
Full-service travel planning — Stacy is a licensed travel advisor. Books through host agency Rainbow Getaways Travel Network and the Ensemble consortium. This is the umbrella brand and the booking entity that the Endpaper Society retreats and Racing Passport trips run under.
Customer
Travelers who want a curated, advisor-planned experience rather than DIY booking — leaning toward small-group and retreat-style trips.
Website
Fits
The legal + booking home for all E&A-side travel (TES retreats book under it too).
The Endpaper SocietyE&A Travel LLC · retreat brand Building
Book-themed group trips and reading retreats — some Stacy-hosted, some hosted by book clubs.
What it does
Designs and runs literary travel: reading-arc retreats and group trips built around books and a shared reading experience. Two models — Stacy-hosted departures, and trips hosted by outside book clubs.
Customer
Readers and book-lovers (skews the Latchkey / Gen-X reader audience) who want travel with a literary spine and a ready-made community. Also book-club hosts as a partner/wedge.
Website
Products
Caribbean sailing (Mar 2027, first flagship, ad-funded) · North Yorkshire (Oct 2027, organic). More retreats in the lineup.
Fed by
The Latchkey Readers as organic top-of-funnel (see below).
Fits
Our own high-margin inventory — and the first testbed for running the Murph demand engine on ourselves.
The Latchkey Readersfeeder → Endpaper Society Live
A Gen-X reader community — Substack + social — that feeds The Endpaper Society.
What it does
Builds and engages a community of Gen-X readers via a Substack and social content. Not a standalone revenue business — it exists as the organic audience engine that warms readers for TES retreats.
Customer
Gen-X readers (community members / subscribers).
Website
Fits
Top-of-funnel: audience → nurtured → Endpaper Society trip buyers.
Racing PassportE&A Travel LLC · dba Building
Motorsports travel — hosted group race trips plus individual (FIT) race itineraries.
What it does
Plans and hosts trips to major races, and also builds custom individual itineraries for race fans. Leans on Robert's deep motorsports knowledge (technical + insider angle). Content plan includes an AEO glossary of motorsports terms for search visibility.
Customer
Motorsports fans — IndyCar and F1 — who want a done-for-them race-travel experience (group) or a tailored personal trip (FIT).
Website
Products
Indy 500 (May 2027, group, organic) · F1 Silverstone, England (2027, group, organic). Plus FIT itineraries.
Fits
The registered dba of E&A Travel LLC; the motorsports lane of our own trip inventory.
Under SRALL LLC (dba Early Media Group) — media, services & product
Pass & EarnSRALL · Robert's Live
Robert's real-estate referral business — earns affiliate income.
What it does
A real-estate referral / affiliate operation Robert runs; generates affiliate income. (Robert keeps his real-estate license active specifically to support this.)
Customer
People/agents transacting real estate via referral. Robert to detail the exact model + audience.
Website
Fits
An independent income stream on the SRALL side, run by Robert.
Get The Lineup (TLU)SRALL Live
Local events & restaurant discovery guides, market by market, monetized by advertiser sponsorship.
What it does
Runs curated local "what's happening" guides (events, restaurants, things to do) for specific US markets, powered by an events pipeline. A two-sided product: it serves readers a guide and sells sponsorship/advertising placements to local businesses. Robert leads the monetization side.
Customer
Two audiences: (1) locals + visitors in each market who read the guide; (2) local businesses / advertisers who sponsor.
Website
Markets
The Villages/Ocala · Chattanooga · Gulf Shores · Northwoods (WI). Adding in 2026: Sarasota + St. Augustine.
Fits
The largest media property in the portfolio; Robert owns its ad/monetization stack. (Robert-led.)
Marketing Journeys → MurphSRALL · product Building
Being repurposed from a teaching brand into the home for Murph — the AI demand-engine product.
What it does
Today "Marketing Journeys" is (mis-)branded as a teach-people-marketing site. It is being repurposed to host Murph: the productized, AI-driven demand engine — sold as a service we run, or as SaaS.
Customer
Retreat hosts — the target buyer for Murph as a subscription product.
Website
Fits
The commercial front door for Murph. Robert builds Murph; it also powers our own trips.
Route & Retreat (R&R)SRALL · services Live
A marketing agency for travel advisors ("Route") and retreat hosts ("Retreat") — branding, websites, ongoing marketing.
What it does
Done-for-you branding, website builds, and ongoing marketing services. Positioned as a competitor to studios like Suitcase Designs. Sister brand to Laurel & Lamp (which does venues).
Customer
Travel advisors (the "Route" side) and retreat hosts (the "Retreat" side).
Website
Clients
Alisa (Howl at the Moon Sauna Co. — retreat host, paid; the Iceland trip is the flagship case study). Jillian · Julia · Erin (travel advisors, currently unpaid — building work samples + testimonials).
Fits
The services layer; its client work is the proof/case-study engine for Murph.
Laurel & Lamp (L&L)SRALL · services Building
Booking-first websites and marketing for retreat venues.
What it does
Builds booking-first websites and marketing specifically for retreat venue owners (the property side), distinct from R&R's advisors/hosts. Client work flows in through the Anna partnership.
Customer
Retreat venue owners ("Marco" — the property operator).
Website
Clients
Lakemore and Detach — both sourced via Anna.
Fits
The venue-side sister to R&R; fed by the Anna partnership.
Anna partnership → The Vetted CollectionSRALL · partnership Building
A partnership with Anna VanAgtmael building a vetted retreat-venue listing plus host coaching.
What it does
Two threads: (1) a vetted directory/listing of retreat venues; (2) coaching retreat hosts as clients on how to run retreats. Anna sources the venue/host relationships that feed Laurel & Lamp.
Customer
Retreat venues (to be listed/vetted) and retreat hosts (to be coached).
Partner
Website
Fits
The top-of-funnel + relationship source for the venue-marketing side (L&L).
PeggySRALL · retainer client Live
A B2B podcast host we support with marketing and operations.
What it does
Stacy provides marketing + operational services to Peggy Anne Salz / MobileGroove, a B2B podcast host and mobile-industry analyst. This is a retainer service engagement, proposed under EMG.
Customer
Peggy herself (the client). Peggy's own audience is B2B / mobile-industry.
Website
Fits
A steady service engagement on the SRALL side.
3 · The Trips (Our Own Inventory)
These four are the products the trip businesses are building toward — and the first real inventory Murph's demand engine will be pointed at.
Each 2027 trip needs its footage / scouting done in 2026 first (see Timeline). The Caribbean sailing trip is the one getting paid advertising; the rest are organic-first.
4 · How It All Connects
- The Latchkey Readers → The Endpaper Society. The reader community is the organic audience that warms buyers for the literary retreats.
- Anna → Laurel & Lamp. The Anna partnership (Vetted Collection) sources venue/host relationships that become L&L client work.
- R&R client work → proof for Murph. The Alisa engagement (and the unpaid advisor sites) generate the case studies and testimonials that sell the demand engine.
- Murph → powers our own trips and is sold to retreat hosts. The same engine Stacy proved on Alisa gets pointed at our Endpaper/Racing Passport inventory, and is productized under Marketing Journeys for outside hosts.
- R&R = advisors + hosts · Laurel & Lamp = venues. Two sister service brands split by who the buyer is (people who sell trips vs. people who own the property).
- EMG as the umbrella. SRALL/Early Media Group houses the media (TLU), services (R&R, L&L), the product (Murph), the partnership (Anna), and the retainer (Peggy).
5 · Priorities Proposed
A read of what's being prioritized — confirm or reorder. Tightest-clock and own-inventory work first; low-time / far-dated / ongoing-service work lower.

Ongoing services — Alisa, R&R advisors, L&L (via Anna), Peggy
